It could be wrong or defective registry entry. The hardware malfunction could be a different important reason as the program is loaded on the hard drive. Mfc100. dll is often found in Windows system folder (\System32\ / \SysWOW64\), but can also be found in the install directory of a program using the file. The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
