Investment scam is the elephant in the room every investor is aware of and tries their best to avoid at all costs. Every investor has been warned about them at least once by the internet, someone who has fallen prey to one or from some other source. There are universal yet unofficial checklists made by victims everywhere that list down ways to identify possible perpetrators, but unfortunately scoundrels have access to them too.
