Tàn Chá Dubai has been chosen as one of the many restaurants by the capable jury of the Michelin Guide family. It is an accomplishment to be recognized for our hard work, creativity, and for reflecting the diversity of cuisine and the authenticity of delicious food on a plate. Tàn Chá is a fine-dining restaurant inspired by the vibrant energy of Hong Kong and the authentic cuisine of provincial China. The magical kitchen is headed by Chef David who has worked at two Michelin-star restaurants and trained throughout Asia, exploring Chinese ingredients and techniques.
