A shower diverter valve is perhaps the most important component of a bathtub shower system. For the most part, this is a two-way valve that works to control the flow of water from the bathtub or shower head.
There are two types of shower diverter valve:
First, it has a type of notched lever that is pulled or pushed to control the flow of water.
Second, there is a type of handle that rotates to control the valve.
