Dr. Nowhera Shaik is the founder and CEO of the HEERA GROUP, a conglomerate of 20 firms that deal in a variety of industries such as gold, investment, textiles, jewellery, mineral water, granite, tours & travels, real estate, electronics, Hajj & Umrah services, and so on.
Nowhera Shaik is also the founder and president of the All India Mahila Empowerment Party, which was founded in 2017 and is affiliated with the Justice for Humanity banner. She is the women's branch of the International Human Rights Association-lifetime India's Vice-President.
