Bhopal. The Central Bench of the National Green Tribunal i.e. NGT has amended its order in the matter of sewage water getting into Kerava and Kaliyasot Dam and not removing encroachment in the buffer zone. Along with withdrawing the remarks made on Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, the Tribunal has also waived the fine of Rs 5 lakh. The NGT, while hearing the case on August 18, had expressed displeasure over the inaction of the state government. It is said in the order issued that, Para-4 of the order issued on August 18 is withdrawn.
