MRICS is a chartered membership qualification provided by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. MRICS is a highest ranking qualification in the built environment, property and land sector. If you wish to earn the MRICS qualification you will have to first complete the RICS APC final assessment process. RICS APC recognises the competencies level of the candidate applying for the RICS chartered membership qualification.
