Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav expanded the cabinet on Monday. Ramniwas Rawat, who left Congress and joined BJP, had to take oath as minister twice. He had to take oath as cabinet minister at Raj Bhavan. He took oath as minister of state by mistake at around 9.03 am. After which he was again sworn in as cabinet minister at around 9.18 am. Governor Mangu Bhai Patel administered the oath to him. Many ministers including Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav attended the oath taking ceremony.
