It had barely been a few days since all of us had transitioned into the new year. Suddenly, on the morning of 5th January 2021 Tuesday, a notification popped up for many users of WhatsApp stating “Updation of its privacy policy,” Most of them didn’t even bother to read the terms conditions and just accepted it. Moreover, the remaining users received the notification on Wednesday, 6th January 2021. And there is no way to get out of it. This was the older version of privacy policy ‘Respect for your privacy is coded into our DNA.
