Resolver – troubleshooting of printer/ extender/ ms office issues over the remote. Must be capable of handling multiple session at a time. Communicating with customer if required.
Team leader. Able to manage team of 10 agents. With knowledge of excel to publish daily reports and monitor real time agent handling via CRM. – Add this in JD Too.
