The Gujarat Public Assistance Commission was laid out under article 315(1) of the Constitution of India on May first, 1960. The fundamental elements of GPSC are to direct assessments for common help arrangements across the territory of Gujarat; educate the state government on strategies with respect to enrollment to different common administrations of the state; and lay out standards to be continued in issues like arrangements, advancements, and moves; and reasonableness of competitors.
