The supine scapula slide on the floor is a good mobilisation for this motion. Start on your back with your arms by your sides and arms in a 90/90 posture. Try to keep your elbows, forearms, and even wrists as flat as possible against the floor. Slowly drive the arms up and overhead while keeping them flat, making sure to maintain the same contact points. As you lose mobility, you'll notice that one or more of the contact points are removed.
