Cell O Con Fly ash Bricks are manufactured at our manufacturing facility in the outskirts of Chennai. Fly ash, Cement, Sand and Water are the major ingredients for the Fly ash bricks. They are mixed in a particular ratio and processed. Later they are made into desired shape using moulding units. After moulding, the bricks are removed from moulding facility and air dried under sunlight for a day or little more. But to reduce the time of curing the mould is autoclaved and cured with steam under normal pressure for about 3 to 4 hours. The samples were taken from all the produced lot for quality inspection by our experienced team. The finished Cell O Con fly ash bricks are evaluated visually for any damage and functionally for the performance. If it passes from our stringent quality assurance test, they will be stored appropriately and send for valued Customers.
