In the process of using the vibrating screen, motor burning is a relatively common problem. What are the reasons for such failures?
Firstly, loose bolts cause the motor to burn. Loose bolts are one of the main causes of motor burnout. The excitation force generated by the vibrating motor during work needs to hit the anchor bolt 2,000 times per minute. Furthermore, the motor itself also participates in vibration, so the anchor bolt is easy to loosen; if one of the bolts is loose, it will cause other The loosening of the bolts, which in turn causes breakage, burns the motor.
How to prevent:
1. Ensure the good contact of the motor floor of the anchor area, so that several anchor bolts are evenly stressed;
2. Frequent reinforcement of anchor bolts;
3. Add anti-picking and loosening device. In the selection of materials, the manager uses a vibration motor integrated with the shell and the base. Such a motor is processed at one time, so it can guarantee the level. The shell body all-electric motor is processed in stages and then assembled, so it is not easy to ensure the level, so the stress of the anchor bolt is not easy to be uniform, and it is easy to cause the anchor bolt to loosen and break.

Secondly, improper installation causes the motor to burn out; the eccentric blocks are installed at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor. When installed vertically or obliquely, the bearing needs to bear the gravity of the eccentric block in the axial direction. If there is no flat bearing in the vibration motor, it will adversely affect the bearing and shorten its service life.
How to prevent:
1. Select a vertical vibration motor (that is, add a plane bearing inside)
2. Try to avoid vertical or inclined installation.
Third, improper adjustment of the eccentric block causes the motor to burn; when adjusting the eccentric block, you must pay attention to its symmetry, that is to say, the two ends of the eccentric block must correspond to each other, if you reverse the direction of the eccentric block at both ends, make the vibration The motor produces a spatial distortion, allowing it to work in an abnormal state will cause the motor to burn out. Therefore, the connecting lines of the center of gravity of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor must be parallel to the rotating shaft, and cannot be on one side.
Fourth, the tight sealing of the protective cover causes the motor to burn; most of the vibration motors work in a dusty environment. In this case, if the protective cover is not tightly sealed, it is easy to enter the dust, causing the frictional operation of the eccentric block, which in turn burns the motor. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the sealing of the protective cover and regularly clean the dust inside the protective cover.
